1:1 premium assessment: mental skills inventory, 1 hour skills interview, 1 hour in-person game/practice review, and 1 hour skills planning session. This assessment covers aspects of team culture, team communication and application of sticky language, and other elements of performance coaching: pressure training, behavior modification, use of learning modalities and parent/organizational communication to name a few.
